This whiskey has been triple distilled from malted, unmalted barley and Irish oats, then aged in oloroso and bourbon barrels. This whiskey was crafted by Master Distiller Brian Taft. Unmalted barley brings a silky mouthfeel, combined with Barra oats that create a smooth and lively finish, unique to this Irish whiskey. This single pot still is incredibly smooth, creamy, spicy and tantalises the taste buds. It is the first Irish whiskey to come from the Western Province of Connacht for over 105 years.
