Glenmorangie The Quinta Ruban 14 Year Old is a Northern Highland single malt initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks for 12 years, then finished for two further years in ruby port pipes from the Quintas of Portugal. The port-cask finish lends rich red-fruit and dark sugar depth. , non-chill-filtered.
From the historic Glenmorangie distillery in Tain (1843). "Quinta Ruban" is Portuguese-Gaelic for "ruby quintas."

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and warmly composed — ripe red fruit, sherried dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Smooth and rounded — honeyed red fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, soft cinnamon, and integrated port oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering red fruit, vanilla, soft caramel, gentle spice, and a soft port-cask warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
