TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — peat smoke, fresh herbs, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, gentle baking spice, mizunara spice, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and warmly smoked — sweet smoke, fresh herbs, honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla cream, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, mizunara spice, and integrated oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering peat, fresh herbs, vanilla, mizunara spice, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
