Founded in 1798. The 15 Year Old extends the brand's celebrated heather-honey-and-light-smoke character with deeper sherry-cask layering.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Deep and aromatic — heather honey, gentle peat smoke, sherried dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — mature and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Rich and rounded — caramelised heather honey, gentle smoke, sherried dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, gentle leather, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering honey, gentle smoke, dried fruit, vanilla, gentle spice, and a sherried warmth fading slowly — refined and beautifully composed.
