TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Opulent and concentrated — heather honey, gentle peat smoke, caramelised dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, antique leather, dried fig, gentle baking spice, and polished oak — luxurious and beautifully matured.
PALATE
Velvety and rich — caramelised honey, gentle smoke, dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, leather, dark cocoa, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Exceptionally long — lingering honey, gentle smoke, dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, gentle leather, and a slow warming spice depth fading gracefully — refined and beautifully composed.
