TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Gorgeous and fruity. The aroma is sweet, reminiscent of pudding or Creme Brulee, with a hint of woody oak.
PALATE
Honey-like consistency and a cookie-like aroma. Slightly sour, dried fruit flavor and grain sweetness.
FINISH
Woody and pleasant astringency from the barrel lingers.
