Ki One Batch 6 Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky – 70cl
Ki One is the single malt line from South Korea’s Three Societies (Ki One) distillery, a pioneer of Korean single malt. Releases prior to their core range were done in numbered batches, each exploring a distinct cask style or character.
Batch 6 is matured in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry hoghsheads and was launched in two versions: Cask Strength (natural ABV) and a 46% ABV “drinking proof”. It debuted as a distillery-exclusive run (100 bottles of each).
Batch 6 Cask Strength layers dark dried fruit and toffee sweetness over a clean, cereal-malt core. Bold, undiluted, and ultra-limited, it marks another step in Korea’s emerging single-malt story.

Nose: Jammy berries (strawberry, raspberry compote), oak depth, antique wood, spices (chai, cinnamon).
Palate: Rich stewed red fruits, heavy European oak spices, leather, tobacco, nut praline, spicy heat.
Finish: Warming, with dark chocolate, espresso tones, leather, and a trace of peanut-skin dryness.
