TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — peat smoke, ripe stone fruit, vanilla, soft caramel, sea salt, gentle floral notes, and warm toasted Cognac-cask oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full-bodied and rich — sweet smoke, honeyed stone fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, sea salt, gentle Cognac-cask floral notes, and integrated oak — bold, layered, and harmoniously balanced at full strength.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering peat, stone fruit, sea salt, vanilla, and a soft Cognac-cask warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
