TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Bold and aromatic — peat smoke, sherried dried fruit, sea salt, vanilla, dark caramel, dried fig, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and warmly smoked — sweet smoke, caramelised dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, sea salt, gentle leather, and integrated sherry oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering peat, dried fruit, sea salt, vanilla, dark caramel, and a sherried warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
