TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — vanilla, ripe orchard fruit, sherried dried fruit, soft honey, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and rounded — vanilla cream, honeyed orchard fruit, sherried dried fruit, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly composed — lingering vanilla, sherried dried fruit, soft baking spice, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — distinctive Tasmanian character.
