NOSE
Aromatic and complex — gentle Tasmanian peat smoke, vanilla, ripe orchard fruit, sherried dried fruit, soft honey, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and warmly smoked — sweet Tasmanian smoke, vanilla cream, sherried dried fruit, honeyed orchard fruit, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering Tasmanian peat, vanilla, sherried dried fruit, soft baking spice, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — distinctive Tasmanian character.
ABV: 43% ABV
