PALATE
Full and warmly composed — gentle smoke, vanilla cream, honeyed orchard fruit, sherried dried fruit, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, gentle leather, and integrated oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly composed — lingering gentle smoke, vanilla, sherried dried fruit, gentle leather, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — distinctive Tasmanian character.
