The blend itself contains a high proportion of malt whisky from both Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, with Coffey grain whisky lending its characteristic creaminess and smoothness — all brought together in Nikka's tradition of precise, considered blending and bottled at 43% ABV in the instantly recognisable bottle shaped to evoke the form of a whisky pot still.
