TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Aromatic and warmly composed — sherried dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, dried fig, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — refined and beautifully composed.

PALATE

Full and rounded — caramelised dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, gentle leather, and integrated 1st-fill sherry oak — silky, oily, layered, and harmoniously balanced.

FINISH

Long and warmly oaked — lingering dried fruit, vanilla, soft caramel, gentle spice, and a sherried warmth fading slowly — refined and beautifully composed.
