NOSE
Profoundly aromatic — caramelised honey, ripe stewed fruit, sherried dried fruit, antique leather, vanilla, dark caramel, mizunara incense, sandalwood, polished oak, dark chocolate, and warm baking spice — extraordinarily mature and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Velvety and concentrated — caramelised honey, sherried dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried fig, leather, mizunara spice, sandalwood, dark cocoa, espresso, and integrated multi-cask oak — full-bodied with the depth that only four decades can deliver.
FINISH
Exceptionally long — lingering honey, sherried dried fruit, vanilla, mizunara incense, dark caramel, gentle leather, and a slow warming spice depth fading gracefully — sophisticated, contemplative, and unforgettable.
