Suntory Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky – 70cl
Hibiki Japanese Harmony is the celebrated no-age-statement blended whisky from Suntory — a harmonious blend of malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu and grain whisky from Chita, drawn from a wide variety of cask types including the rare Japanese mizunara oak.
"Hibiki" means "resonance" in Japanese. The brand was created by Suntory's third Master Blender Shingo Torii in 1989 to commemorate Suntory's 90th anniversary. The distinctive 24-faceted bottle represents the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and harmoniously composed — honey, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, sherried dried fruit, gentle floral notes, soft mizunara spice, and warm toasted oak — refined and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Smooth and rounded — honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla cream, soft caramel, sherried dried fruit, gentle floral notes, soft mizunara spice, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Medium-long and warmly composed — lingering honey, vanilla, sherried dried fruit, soft mizunara spice, and a gentle warmth fading slowly — refined and elegantly composed.
