TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Profoundly aromatic — Japanese mizunara incense, sandalwood, caramelised honey, ripe stewed fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, antique leather, dried fig, polished oak, and warm baking spice — extraordinarily mature and distinctively Japanese.
PALATE
Velvety and concentrated — caramelised honey, mizunara incense, sandalwood, vanilla cream, dark toffee, leather, dark cocoa, dried apricot, and integrated mizunara oak — full-bodied with the depth only a quarter-century in mizunara can deliver.
FINISH
