Silky, smooth, and luxurious — intense dried fruit, rich fruitcake, dates, raisin, stewed apple, polished oak, dark chocolate, and the faintest whisper of peat smoke.
PALATE
Velvety and full-bodied — concentrated dried fruit, fruitcake, dates, raisin, stewed apple, slightly dry oak tannin, hint of bitter chocolate, and a refined spiced backbone, with the sherried multi-cask programme adding extraordinary depth.
FINISH
Long, warming, and elegant — lingering dried fruit, oak, bitter chocolate, faint peat, and a polished prestige fade.
