TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — peat smoke, honey, vanilla, ripe orchard fruit, gentle baking spice, gentle Japanese oak, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and warmly smoked — sweet smoke, honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla cream, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, soft mizunara spice, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering peat, honey, vanilla, soft mizunara spice, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — distinctively Japanese and refined.
