TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Deep and aromatic — gentle peat smoke, sherried dried fruit, sea salt, vanilla, dark caramel, dried fig, leather, and warm toasted oak — mature and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Rich and full-bodied — sweet smoke, caramelised dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, gentle salinity, leather, and integrated sherry oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly smoked — lingering peat, dried fruit, dark caramel, sea salt, gentle spice, and a sherried warmth fading slowly — refined, mature, and elegantly composed.
