NOSE
Profoundly aromatic β caramelised dried fruit, gentle salinity, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, antique leather, polished oak, and warm baking spice β extraordinarily mature and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Velvety and concentrated β caramelised dried fruit, gentle salinity, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried fig, leather, dark cocoa, and integrated multi-cask oak β silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Exceptionally long β lingering dried fruit, vanilla, gentle salinity, dark caramel, polished oak, and a slow warming spice depth fading gracefully β refined, contemplative, and beautifully composed.
