Bruichladdich 18 Year Old Re/Define is a strictly limited unpeated coastal Islay single malt aged for 18 years in a combination of American ex-bourbon and selected wine casks at the Bruichladdich distillery on the western coast of Islay. Bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill-filtered, with no added colour.
From the historic Bruichladdich distillery (1881), reborn in 2001. The Re/Define range showcases the brand's aged unpeated expressions.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Deep and aromatic — gentle salinity, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, dried apricot, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — mature and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Rich and rounded — honeyed orchard fruit, gentle salinity, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, gentle leather, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering orchard fruit, vanilla, gentle salinity, soft caramel, gentle spice, and a soft warmth fading slowly — refined and beautifully composed.
