TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Bright and aromatic — gentle salinity, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, soft honey, gentle floral notes, fresh malt, and a touch of toasted oak — clean and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Smooth and rounded — honeyed orchard fruit, gentle salinity, vanilla cream, soft caramel, gentle citrus, dried apricot, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Medium-long and warmly oaked — lingering orchard fruit, vanilla, gentle salinity, soft caramel, and a soft warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
