Ardbeg 10 Year Old is the celebrated flagship of the iconic Ardbeg distillery on the southern coast of Islay — a benchmark expression of heavily peated single malt Scotch. Matured for at least 10 years in American ex-bourbon casks. , non-chill-filtered, with no added colour.
Founded in 1815, Ardbeg has long been regarded as one of the most uncompromising peated distilleries on Islay, producing spirit at around 55ppm phenols. The 10 Year Old has won countless awards and is a definitive introduction to the heavily peated Islay style.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Bold and aromatic — intense peat smoke, sea salt, vanilla, citrus, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — concentrated and unmistakably Ardbeg.
PALATE
Full and warmly smoked — sweet smoke, citrus, vanilla cream, soft caramel, gentle pepper, sea salt, and integrated bourbon oak — bold, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Exceptionally long and smoky — lingering peat, sea salt, vanilla, and a gentle peppery oak warmth fading slowly — definitive Islay smoke at its finest.
