Don Julio Blanco Tequila - 75cl
Don Julio Blanco is the foundation of the Don Julio range — a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, produced at the family's historic distillery in Atotonilco el Alto, NOM 1449.
Founded by Don Julio González in 1942, the house is widely credited with elevating tequila into a luxury sipping spirit. The blanco is twice-distilled in copper-pot stills and rested briefly before bottling, capturing the bright, fruit-forward character of the Highlands.
An exceptional sipping blanco neat or with a single ice cube, and the elevated base for any premium margarita or paloma.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Bright and fragrant — cooked agave, lemon-lime, soft tropical fruit, gentle pepper, and a clear floral lift — fresh, polished, and unmistakably highland.
PALATE
Silky and well-balanced — sweet cooked agave, citrus pith, light tropical fruit, soft pepper, and a touch of herbs — refined, layered, and beautifully composed.
FINISH
Medium and clean — lingering agave sweetness, gentle citrus, and a soft peppery warmth fading evenly — bright, polished, and elegantly understated.
