NOSE

Bright and inviting — creamy custard, banana, yellow apple, honeysuckle, and vanilla with lemon zest, rosewater, juicy pear, subtle pineapple, and a whiff of soft sooty smoke — rounder and more complex than the NAS, with a satisfying substance that speaks to a full decade in oak.

PALATE

Richer and darker than the nose — warm spices, golden raisins, buttery vanilla bean, mint, and fennel alongside honey, pineapple, green grape, roasted oak, and a gentle fungal peat smoke — viscous and syrupy in texture with a depth and integration that marks this unmistakably as a matured, fully realised Yoichi.

FINISH

Medium-long and smooth — plum, liquorice, creamy smoke, salt, and a subtle herbaceous warmth fading gently — clean, coastal, and quietly satisfying.
