TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Bold and aromatic — peat smoke, sea salt, vanilla, sherried dried fruit, ripe orchard fruit, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — concentrated and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full-bodied and rich — sweet smoke, sherried dried fruit, vanilla cream, sea salt, dark toffee, gentle pepper, dried apricot, and integrated multi-cask oak — bold, layered, and harmoniously balanced at higher strength.
FINISH
Long and warmly composed — lingering peat, sea salt, vanilla, sherried dried fruit, soft caramel, and a warming oak depth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
