Shirataki Jozen Junmai Daiginjo (δΈεε¦ζ°΄, "the highest virtue is like water") is a celebrated craft Japanese sake β produced at Shirataki Shuzo in Yuzawa, Niigata, using snowmelt water from the Echigo mountains. The Jozen name comes from a Lao Tzu quote β meaning the highest goodness flows like water. Bottle size 1.8L.
