Chichibu Paris Edition 2025 Ginza Itineraires - 70cl

Since 2018, Chichibu Distillery has issued a yearly Paris Edition blend created by founder Ichiro Akuto as a tribute to the City of Lights. The 2025 release playfully pairs famous neighbourhoods from Paris and Tokyo, such as Montmartre with Asakusa, Le Marais with Harajuku, and the Champs-Élysées with Ginza.

For this edition, pop-art style labels have been designed in the spirit of Japanese kawaii culture. Shaped like postage stamps with jagged edges, they evoke travel and highlight the link between these two vibrant urban worlds.

Colour:

Deep topaz gold, giving a rich, warm appearance in the glass.

Nose:

Rich and malty with earthy spice, then tropical fruits like passion fruit and lychee, dark berries, and a hint of forest floor and prune.

Palate:

Lively and slightly oily, with clear peat smoke, lemon and pepper, evolving into honeyed, waxy, creamy notes with toasted bread, cereal malt and stone fruits.

Finish :

Long and focused, with malty depth, herbal freshness (mint, eucalyptus, sage), exotic fruit, dried prune, and soft notes of toffee and vanilla.
