Chichibu Paris Edition 2025 Harajuku Itineraires - 70cl
Chichibu is a Japanese single malt created in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto, known for its high quality and impressive complexity even at a young age. Made entirely at the distillery with increasing use of local ingredients, it aims to become fully “100% Japanese” whisky.
Since 2018, Chichibu has released an annual Paris Edition celebrating the link between Paris and Tokyo, each year with colourful kawaii-style stamp-like labels. The 2025 Paris Edition is a multi-cask blend (French oak, sherry, Bordeaux wine, American oak and bourbon barrels, some peated) aged 5–14 years, offering a balanced, malt-driven profile with earthy, fruity and spicy with impressive intensity.

Long and focused, with malty depth, herbal notes of gentian, mint, eucalyptus and sage, exotic fruit, candied prune, and soft toffee and vanilla at the end.
