Courvoisier® 12 Year Old features unique and extraordinary cognac not less than 12 years old, representing the perfect moment in time when age and cru meet at the peak of their potential. This cognac contains eaux-de-vie primarily selected from the Borderie cru, which at 12 years develop their best floral and spicy notes. These tasting are further enhanced by the combinations of Fins Bois grapes to develop the vibrancy of Blend and Grande Champagnes eaux-de-vie that give underlying elegance and depth.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose: Some notes of violets, orange blossoms, followed by ginger. Hints of vanilla.
On the palate: Fine almonds, some raisin.The finish is long and balanced.
