In the darkness of the cellar, the bottles of each vintage preserve the wine which, in contact with the yeast, undergoes a slow transformation to obtain the harmony which is the signature of Dom Pérignon.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: The vintage’s bouquet immediately reveals radiant sweetness through the expression of tropical fruits such as green mango, melon and pineapple. Followed by nuanced notes of orange zest and tangerine. A pleasant sensation carried by scents of peony, jasmine and lilac fill the nose.
