Martell Cordon Bleu 2021 Limited Edition – The design, accompanied by a specially composed poem, is entitled The Vine and the Oak. An intricate tracery of leaves and shoots in rich shades of red and gold evokes the “love affair” between the vine and the oak from which cognac is born.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Vibrant, rich and complex, with orchard fruit - candied plum apple - harmonising with roasted notes of mocha coffee, toasted almonds and vetiver.
Palate: An exeptionally rounded, mellow sensation further enhanced by Borderies eaux-de-vie, which lend elegance and complexity.
Finish: An impressively long finish characterised by notes of fruit and spices.
