The chalk and limestone soils of the Grande Champagne terroir produce eaux-de-vie of great aromatic richness characterised by notes of pepper, nuts and red fruit resulting in a powerful and structured cognac. Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie have remarkable aging potential and particularly sought after, therefore generally reserved for extra old cognacs.
