The first distillery of the Nikka house, Yoichi is located on the coast of Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan. Produced according to traditional methods, such as direct heating with charcoal fire, the malts perfectly display the authentic character of this exceptional place with their maritime and finely peaty notes. Beyond Yoichi Single Malt’s iconic smoky character, this 10-year-old version offers a beautiful maturity, roundness, and a delicate peat balanced by woody and herbaceous nuances.
