TASTING NOTES

The nose on the Pertaringa Rifle & Hunt Cabernet by Bec Hardy is rich and earthy, with blackcurrants, redcurrants, dried herbs, and a hint of spice. The palate is elegant and complex, with luscious berry flavours, followed by excellent structure and a long finish. Try with slow cooked lamb shanks with truffle-infused polenta.
