“Yama-no-kasumi” is Shichiken’s very first representation of a Sparkling sake. It follows traditional bottle which dances like a thin layer of mist.
TASTING NOTES
This sparkling sake is secondarily fermented thereforethe carbonation is all-natural and gentle to the mouth. The taste is light, semi-sweet and naturally carbonated. Furthermore, the aroma is pleasantly fruity like a Ginjyo Sake.
