Black Powder Gin, our Navy Strength Gin, is a punchy 58% ABV making it an ideal Cocktail Gin, but still super smooth for sipping. Navy Strength Gin has to be above 57% ABV, the strength at which Gin drenched gunpowder still ignites when lit.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Gentle citrus nose with a bold Juniper character and pepper note.
Palate: Velvet smooth with a juniper crispness, spicy citrus, and herbal notes, this Gin has distinct umami with a depth of flavor and a slight sweetness and warmth.
Finish: Peppery herbal notes with a gentle warmth that embraces, to produce a long and lingering finish that is gentle and smooth.
