An unobtrusive note of wood highlights the perfumed, airy and relatively elegant red berry fruit, spice and Gevrey style earth-infused nose. There is a more evident minerality to the big-bodied, sleek and muscular flavors that possess a lovely sense of underlying tension on the pungently saline finish.
